BannerPeek is built and run by a small team, and every email lands with a person who works on the product. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot. We usually reply within one working day.

What we would love to hear about

• Feedback. What felt slow, confusing or missing. Half of what we build comes from someone saying "I expected this to work differently".
• Something broken. A banner that will not play, a size detected wrong, a client who cannot open a link. Send the campaign link or the file and we will look at it.
• A feature you need. Especially if it is the reason you would otherwise keep paying for another tool.
• Your ad server's requirements. If a platform rejects an export, tell us which one and what it said. Those rules change constantly and we would rather hear it from you than find out later.
• Anything about your account — plans, storage, deleting your data, or questions about the privacy policy and terms.

If you have found a vulnerability, email hello@bannerpeek.com with the details and please give us a reasonable window to fix it before publishing. We will confirm receipt quickly and keep you updated.
