Terms of Service

By creating an account or opening a preview link on BannerPeek, you agree to these terms. If you use BannerPeekon behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
1. The service
BannerPeek lets you upload display ads (HTML5, image and video banners), organise them into campaigns, and share them with reviewers through preview links that support comments and approvals. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including preview links you share.
- One person may not share an account with others; team features are provided for that purpose.
3. Your content
- You keep all rights to the files you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display them to the people you share them with.
- You confirm you have the rights to upload and share the content, including any brand assets, fonts, images and code it contains.
- Uploaded HTML5 banners run inside an isolated preview frame. We do not review their code, and you are responsible for it.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use BannerPeek to:
- upload malware, phishing pages, or code that tracks reviewers without their consent;
- distribute illegal, infringing, or harmful content;
- attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service;
- resell the service without our written permission.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these rules.
5. Preview links and reviewers
Anyone with a preview link (and its password, if set) can view the campaign and leave comments or approvals. Comments and approvals record the name entered, the time and the IP address. Approvals are a convenience record between you and your client; they are not a legally certified signature.
6. Fees
BannerPeek has a free plan with usage limits, and paid plans (Pro and Studio) billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You are only charged for a plan you explicitly choose. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from your account settings and keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply to you.
7. Availability and data
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies of your files: BannerPeek is a sharing and review tool, not an archive. We may delete content from accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months after notifying the account email.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination your content is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or EUR 100 if you paid nothing).
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union.
